Throughout the initiative, organizers and developers leveraged Google Gemini and Workspace to manage complex logistics and accelerate prototyping. Not just for operational speed, but to pressure-test real-world corporate AI readiness. This session covers key insights from this high-pressure environment, a live demo of a Gemini-built solution, and a practical playbook to move from experimentation to execution ahead of the September 2026 hackathon.
